SHIPPING: 

  • FULFILLMENT:
    • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing times and fulfillment. We fulfill orders on business days only (Monday-Friday). Our warehouse is CLOSED over the weekends. All orders placed on the weekend will ship out the following business day.
  • CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO ORDERS:
    • Once your order has been placed we are UNABLE to make any changes. Please double check everything is accurate during check out!
  • PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER DELIVERY:
    • If your order has been lost in transit (stuck at a certain location or not updating), please reach out via our contact form page or reply to any of your email confirmation emails
    • If your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we first recommend you check with the carrier and/or your local post office directly for assistance prior to reaching out to us. 
    • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or tampered with packages once they have been "delivered" on the tracking link. 
    • We offer ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE AT CHECKOUT/ ADD TO CART - We highly recommend adding this service to your order as they are liable to replace or refund your order if there is an issue.

ROUTE INSURANCE: 

  • What is Route?
    •  It's a shipping insurance service that we offer to add to cart & check out that protects online orders against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
    • It's an add-on at checkout, allowing customers to pay a small fee for coverage. If an insured package is lost, stolen, or damaged, ROUTE provides an easy claims process to either replace the item or refund the purchase. 
    • Please note that we (CGS) do not profit from a customer adding ROUTE to their cart, the fee goes direct to Route Insurance and not the merchant.
    • We highly recommend adding this service to your order to avoid any issues!
